- Please note that papers with excessive self citations or high similarity rates will not be accepted for IEEE Xplore publishing.
  • Papers should be between 4 and 6 pages long. Papers exceeding 6 pages will be subject to an additional $100 fee/page.

  • To submit your camera-ready paper (final version), Please note and consider the following :
  • Upload the PDF of your camera-ready version,
  • Add Copyrights stamp (notice), should be submitted via EDAS Before submitting your paper, you must add the copyright notice (stamp) at the bottom (footer) of the first page of your source document (MS Word or LaTeX). PLEASE ADD the appropriate copyright notice to your paper. It should go at the bottom of the left column (footer), first page only.
  • At least one of the authors of the paper must register for the conference.
  • The deadline for the submission of your camera-ready paper and the copyright form is 30 September 2019.
  • Authors’ registration fees must also be received before Sept 30, 2019

  • Create your pdf eXpress plus file by logging in to the site: http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/

  • Before Creating a PDF : Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
  • First-time users should do the following:
           - Create your PDF eXpress Account by selecting the New Users
            - Click the link and enter the following:
            - the Conference ID : 46666x
            - email address and a password
            - Continue to enter information as prompted.
            - An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
            - Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
            - Verify that your contact information is valid.

- The IEEE copyright transfer agreement must be submitted electronically via EDAS.
- Logging to EDAS and go to your papers page.
