For the accepted papers to be included in the Conference Program and Proceeding
- Camera ready submissions by 30 September 2019
- Registation before 15 October 2019 "Strict deadline"
At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the FULL rate for the paper to be included in the conference proceeding.
Only the registered author will be responsible for presenting the paper at the conference.
For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to two (2) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.
Extra pages fees: normal length for the final manuscript is limited to six (6) pages. Papers exceeding the normal length may be submitted upon payment of overlength page charges of 100 $ for each page in excess of six. Extra pages fees should be paid via EDAS when uploading the final version of accepted papers.

Full registrations include access to All Sessions, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, conference bag and material. All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.
